Shipping & Returns

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer. Please contact us before returning any items.

Exchanges are possible within 30 days of purchase. Please indicate the reason for exchange when returning the item.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned goods and will be issued via the original payment method.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal:
Products that are custom-made or sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (if unsealed) are excluded from returns.
